UNEXPECTED

April 2023 - Design 1B

A multimedia design series that works off of the original concept of misplaced objects in an unexpected context that I explored earlier in the semester. The object chosen was an orange. I intended to communicate the playful irony of eating an orange’s peel instead of the fruit through hand-drawn and painted illustrations on top of the original photos with oil pastels and acrylic paint.
